Enhance the tutorial system in Loopy Pro by allowing users to resume tutorials where they left off and/or jump directly to specific tutorial sections.

Currently, if a user exits a tutorial, they must restart it from the beginning. This becomes frustrating when revisiting tutorials for clarification or continuing at a later time. It also makes it difficult to use tutorials as reference material.
