IMHO.... there are so many "functional" features in the backlog (and I can think of a half a dozen myself) that are sitting there waiting to make the software more functional..... this is more of a non-functional type thing. Again IMHO, regardless of the looks - I want to it work better or function better more than having cool aesthetics.

NOTE that some of the feature requests in the backlog are UI driven, but again these are functional. Things like folders for channels, bookmarks (like AUM), expanding /contracting channels for each viewing /access when there are many plugins in one channel..... and others. Functional aesthetics are very important.

I love this very silly suggestion, and hereby second it. What is life without glowy looking edges? Without cool filters, are we really living at all?
